Teacher's Appreciation Lunch

Been waiting for this day long enough! It's called 谢师宴in chinese, so translating over to English would be Teacher's Appreciation Banquet, but this is just a lunch, so...you get the idea.

Thank God the photos are good and so were the compliments, I've been lavishing quite a bit of money (don't ask) for this day's LOOK. So it better be good.

I did the makeup myself, didn't want to spend any more than what I spent already, and didn't trust friends' friends or even friends to do it for me. I didn't even trust myself not to blink like crazy when something is held near my eye. 

I only bought an eyeliner, Maybelline's Hyper Sharp Liquid Liner. Love it to bits. It's not like I'm a liner pro, actually this is my first. But I've tried pencil ones and they smudge so badly (I don't want a smoky eye, I have bad eye circles and it looks like I got punched) and gel ones are a little more expensive. I've also tried cheap liners and they suck because the lines aren't precise.

Precision is what I want, to achieve a perfect shape. Absolutely love this!

I only bought liner, the rest of the makeup was borrowed by a very kind aunt, who has so many branded cosmetics I almost fainted after seeing the stuff she lent me. L'Oreal, Bobbi Brown, Kose, Dior.. etc.

Haha! I LOOK so weird!! Thank God I didn't look this scary on that day..(or maybe because everyone look the same)

 It was an okay lunch. Food isn't that great (what do you expect from a hotel?), but the numerous performances by various classes were awesome. I'm starting to think that SHHS is a singing school. Every class has a few of really good voices.

After the lunch ended successfully, YP, WQ, JM, Mom and I went to the lobby and the beach for a last photoshoot.
